GreenShift is a pioneering, market-led Joint European Master's Programme in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and High-Performance Computing (HPC) for Green Digital Innovation in Transport. Our mission is to accelerate the decarbonisation of European cities and transport networks.

The European transport sector is undergoing a massive green transformation, but a critical skills gap is holding back progress. European Startups and SMEs, the drivers of innovation, often lack access to the advanced digital skills in AI and HPC needed to accelerate their R&D and compete with US and Chinese counterparts. These technologies are the key to unlocking faster, smarter, and more sustainable mobility solutions, from optimising urban traffic flow to designing next-generation EV batteries.

Each of the project partners has been selected for their expertise and experience in delivering academic and vocational training programmes in HPC and AI, or their specific technical knowledge and capacity to contribute to a key element of the master's programme.
